How to Get Support with Book That In

One thing we pride ourselves on is the high level of support we provide our customers, to help you get the most out of Book That In and to help your business grow.

Our team here is growing, with more people joining our support team, helping you with your queries.

When you need support, there are few options available to you - all are listed below:

 

The Help Menu

When logged in, you will see a menu option on Book That In, called 'Help' (see above) - this gives you three options:

Option 1: Help Desk - All Day, Every Day

Use the top 'Help' option to access our 'Knowledge Base'.

Pop your question or topic in the search bar at the top and you can find the answer to many questions, with lots of handy video tutorials that you can watch in your own time, 24/7.

Option 2: Submit Ticket / Email - Replies within 24 hrs

When you submit a ticket, or send a support question via email to support@bookthatin.com, we will respond to you within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

We can often reply much quicker than this, and will always do our best to come back to you ASAP.

Option 3: Book a 1:1 Call

Sometimes you just need to talk it through with someone.

Book 20 minutes with one of the team, and we will jump on a video call with you to run through your questions and show you the answers.

Online Chat

When logged in, you will see the 'Chat' icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. It looks like this:

Like email and support tickets, we will reply during business hours. We will endeavour to respond as quickly as possible, but we guarantee a reply within 24 hours, Monday - Friday (except at Christmas or on Bank Holidays).
